Big Tex gets a new hat.

The bald eagle is a very powerful symbol for America and the ideal of freedom. Wrapping the eagle in chains with a lock symbolizing money represents the imprisonment of freedom. I hope this image reminds Americans to be vigilant against those who would subvert the will of the people through money.
